Basically you track your exercise and you get EXP for what you do, these make you 'level up' on the site, basically helping motivate you a ton to do exercise. The front page is a little like Twitter so everyone can see your progress and you can see other peoples. There's a link for free signups at the moment (Its always free, but invite only) below. You can add friends, make groups etc, it's basically just looking like a really cool idea.

Only problem I've found thus far, it's incredibly weighted towards runners. A friend of mine did weights one day for 2 hours, got like 300 points, went running for an hour, and he got like 1400 for it.
