The new Rule 22 applies to all boards, including Neopian Hackers. Do not hack, spam, or otherwise annoy them in any way shape or form. This includes sending malicious programs.
Edit: Pompous Neopian Hackers....This is not a white flag. We are just warning members not to do what they thought they should, such as sending you virii, or anything else like that, so get off your high seats....::Grumbles something about people who have large enough egos to block the sun::
