Sport for fitness

I just want to ask what do you think which sport is best option for the purpose of gaining fitness...??? share your opinion with me... |
I would say “Rugby” is good option for men, because it needs lots of rung. Not jogging I mean fast running. It really helps to keep our selves fit. But for a woman “Swimming” would be great.

The local gym my roommates and I go to has racquetball courts, so we play on occasion. We don't actually know racquetball's rules or anything, but that doesn't prevent it from being fun. Pretty good exercise.

All sports are good for fitness but in my opinion tennis and football are best sports for fitness. These two activities are good for fitness.

yes sport is best option for the purpose of gaining fitness and maintain you in your fitness . But cricket is best to still in fitness .

For me football is best one.. In this sport all parts of body are working out so i think its best one for fitness.. what about you..????
