Oh right, I work in a factory now and I'm seeing a therapist. I still write, and I'm a lot better at it. For the most part I'm on autopilot while I wait out developments in other parts of my life and gain mastery over my mental well-being. Once I do that I can start changing the rest of my life for the better, but until then I'm only going to end up in the same place if I try to do too much.
