Does anyone know how to sign up for this? I had an account, but it seems its not working any more.

Looks like it's invite-only now. If you know anyone else who still has an account, and, I think, has good standing (high ratio? old account? not sure) they should be able to send an invite.

I'd be interested in an invite as well if anyone has one handy.
