Here I would like to share a quick and tasty recipe of Semolina Pizza that i learned to make in my cooking classes.
Semolina- 1 Bowl
Baking Soda - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/2 spoon
Red/ white sauce - 1/2 Bowl
Oregano - 1/2 spoon
Vegetables(as per your choice) - 1 bowl
Butter - 1 teaspoon
You can other toppings with vegetables you like on pizza.
Mix Semolina, baking soda, chilly powder and salt with water in a bowl to make a very thick batter. Then add finely chopped vegetables in it. Spread the batter in a oven tray. Micro wave it at 200 fro 5 min. Serve it hot in a plate. Spread butter and sauce on it. Sprinkle the oregano and grated cheese.
And its ready to eat.
