Good 64 bit compatible spyware scanner?
 

I just tried to install Spybot but it looks like its not 64 bit compatible. Does anybody know of any other good alternatives?

That's very strange. It's working for me and I'm on a 64-bit OS.

Try downloading it again. Maybe the one you had was for strictly 32-bit OSes.
