No doubt that these tools are best to release stress. Music,book reading and exercise are wonderful tools to reduce stress. Stress is not good for our mental health so we should avoid it with different tools a mentioned above.

As for me taking a break is the most helpful, especially if you get new and positive impressions.

Stress is a silent killer basically i have experienced it personally and i must say that it really have some bad impacts on health.
It should be treated in the right way asap.Because it has that much of bad effects there is a need of dealing with it without any sort of medication. |
We should not allow stress to dominate us. Stress can be overcomed by reading, listening or pondering upon positive thoughts and words.
