Citizenship Changes
 

We have decided that people who have not turned in their citizenship information will now include the URL of their boards. I have altered the guide so that it includes a box for URLs. People who have sent it in are excused, although we can ask for the URL if we want.

Note: Remember to put "None" if you do not visit any other Neopets related boards. Also, never put "Neohacks" as one of them when you are submitting the citizenship to this site!
