Games that surpassed your expectations
A Boy and his Blob - Wii
I bought this solely on being a remake of one of my favourite NES games. Got it home, whipped it in, and it's pretty great. It's like a simplified version of braid. Lovely graphics, great music, good puzzles, generally an all out brilliant game. Anyone ever had a pleasant surprise from a game you expected to be crap?
